Booking a Workshop
Unfortunately, workshops are non-refundable and you cannot re-schedule or transfer to another workshop. We would be delighted if you send someone in your place however, all we need is for you to please provide their name, phone number and email address before the workshop either by email or phone.

Our Right to Cancel a Workshop
In the unlikely event that a workshop is under-booked we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. However, we will give you as much warning as possible by contacting you on the email address you gave us when you registered. We will happily refund the cost of the workshop or transfer you to an alternative workshop (equal value).

Intellectual Property Rights
The name “Tea and Crafting” is a trademark and trade name of Jane Gois and may not be used without express written permission. All content on the Tea and Crafting website is our own property may not be copied or reproduced in part or whole without our express written permission. (You may make a copy for your personal use only). We recommend you exercise sensible caution before undertaking any activity on such sites. Although we do not have the resources to get involved in any disputes between yourself and the people who run such a site, we appreciate you bringing any problems to our attention.
