Take some super-soft yarn, a bit of expert guidance and just the right amount of love and you’ve got yourself the cosiest socks this side of the North Pole. Utilising your knit, purl and cast on skills, you’ll be able to learn how to make these snuggley socks (although in class you will make a scaled down version) learning how to knit the gusset, shape the heel and toe and finally cast off with kitchener stitch.
Once you’ve got the hang of the technique, it’s a piece of cake and we suspect you’ll find yourself hooked. Thick socks, ankle socks, footie socks, slipper socks, sock puppets… we could go on…
