Learn how to arm knit yourself a super cozy blanket this winter! Our popular winter workshop is back! Arm knitting with arms and without needles! This is the simplest and most satisfying form of giant knitting (or to some known as extreme knitting) you will get. With the scrummiest super sized yarn and just a few hours you will go home proud as punch with your blanket!
Giant knitting is a knitting technique using super jumbo giant yarn to create high quality pieces, ideal for making large scarves or snoods, blankets, cushions and even carpets! And we love teaching spreading the love of giant arm knitting too!

Do I Need to Bring Anything:
No all the giant yarn you need to knit your blanket (2kg) is included in the price.
What is the Size of the Blanket:
The blanket is approx 75 cm x 125 cm (30 x 50 inches) Please note sizes are approximate and it will depend on your knitting on the night but you won't be far off the dimensions listed above. Please let us know your top two colour choices at time of booking.

In this class you will learn all the basics of macrame, including what materials to use, how to do basic macrame knots, and how to read macrame patterns.
You will combine different knots and techniques to create a beautiful vintage inspired macrame plant hanger to take home with you. Use your skills to make yourself a wall hanging when you get home. Its all possible once you know the basic knots!

After a couple of years of macrame being back on trend we think it's safe to say that it's here to stay (yay!). We've come up with a nifty and useful new Macrame workshop - macrame yourself a bag! We can see this bag being a staple in everyone's wardrobe and a must-have for any shopper trying to ban those plastic bags out of their lives.
We will teach you the basic macrame knots you need for the majority of all macrame projects and the techniques to combine them and macrame your way to your next favourite bag! All the skills and techniques you learn in this workshop will enable you to make macrame wall hangings and plant holders. The knots are all the same we just design the pattern a little differently.
