ONLINE Punch Needle Embroidery Classes

Regular price £70.00

Punch Needle crafting is a very relaxing and therapeutic craft. It's a cross between embroidery and rag rug latch hooking. In our online punch needle class you'll learn how you can create two different effects at the same time with your tool. One side is flat stitches and the other side has a loopy shaggy look but you can mix and match these effects on the same side for added dimension and texture.

We will be using a punch needle tool and wooden embroidery hoop with suitable fabric for needle punch stretched over it. This is suitable for all ages - you can easily do it with children as the tool is not too sharp and its a wonderful craft for children to take part in.

Beginners - all levels
1 hour
What Do I Receive?
You will receive a kit (RRP £20) for this class consisting of:
- a punch needle tool
- fabric needed to punch successfully
- a round hoop
- you decide if you would like to add on wool to the kit (please select the correct option below), but please note that the colours you receive may not be the same as those in the product pictures. If you are using your own wool, this must be chunky wool.

At the end of the session you will also get a recording of the class so you can re-watch and playback.

Maddie was a really great tutor and got us started really quickly doing some punch needle work. Materials arrived in time and I had a great time learning something new. Thanks so much, I will definitely be doing more!

So pleased Natalie :-)

Really great workshop, worked really well on zoom and was easy to see everything our lovely instructor Maddie showed us. I've wanted to try punch needle for a long time and this beginners class told and showed me everything I needed to know to make some punch needle masterpieces! Thank you!

Beginners Punch Needle

This is my second online course and with the restrictions this year they have been brilliant!! Maddie’s tuition was super clear and she did a wonderful job entertaining us all whilst we all hid behind our ‘mute’ buttons.
