Most of our classes are suitable for beginners, look at the class description if you are unsure as we state the level of experience needed for each class. 

Please just let us know as soon as possible and we will transfer you onto another date.

The majority of our crafty sessions are open to the public as we like to make it an as sociable event as possible, as it's always great to meet like-minded people!

We do also offer private lessons if you think that a one-to-one would be more suited to you, but please contact us for pricing and details on this.

Unless otherwise stated (i.e. for cable knitting class) you don't need to bring anything, just your enthusiasm and a big smile.

It is best not to arrive more than 5 minutes early to a class as we often have a quick turn around between classes and we might still be setting up if you arrive too early, but please still be on time! 

Being left-handed is not a bad thing at all! Some of us in the team are left handed and we enjoy all these activities just as much as a right-handed person. Don't let your left-handedness stop you from trying out new crafts! We can teach crochet and knitting both left handed and right handed. 

Please drop us a line or add it to your order notes if you have a dietary requirement, and we will do all we can to get you some goodies to enjoy whilst you're crafting away.

If you can't make a class, please let us know with as much time as possible so we can try to re-fill your spot. All our classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable but with notice we will try our best to refill your spot and then fit you onto a class at a later date.

Unfortunately our classes are non transferable or refundable. But we encourage you to get in touch with us if you do find yourself unable to attend and we will do our best to re-arrange the class for you if we can refill your spot.

Unfortunately given the nature of our business we do not allow cancellations. Please be 100% sure that you're able to come before you book. 

Yes! We love doing one-to-ones with you. We also do private group bookings too. If you're interested in one of these please drop us an email and we will give you lots more details.

The best way to do this would be to buy a voucher that is equal (or part of) the class that you want them to take. You can schedule the gift card to be sent to the recipient on a specific date. 

Voucher codes are super simple, all you do is pick whatever class you want to join, press 'book now' then when you're at checkout you'll see a 'coupon code' code box, pop your code in their and your cart should update!

Vouchers are valid for a year from the date of purchase.
