Granny Stripe Blanket Finished!
Yay I have finally finished my Granny Stripe blanket for the baby – its everything I imagined it would look like. I do love it when that happens :-).
The blanket was super easy to crochet – all double crochet (US) and that’s it. The granny stripe is a twist on the granny square.
I followed Lucy’s pattern from Attic 24 – if you haven’t checked her blog out you must! So inspirational. The original blanket was crocheted with horizontal lines but I thought vertical stripes would look good and it does.
If you would like to make a similar blanket check out www.teaandcrafting.co.uk for workshops dates the first class is on the 22nd April.
I can’t wait to see it in the cot
