Under Imogen’s expert guidance, you’ll learn how to hand-embellish a 100% wool felt star using a beautiful mix of sequins and beads. Explore a variety of beading techniques as you fill your star with sparkle and texture, working with size 11, 8, and 6 glass or ceramic seed beads, along with bugle beads and an array of uniquely shaped sequins.

Beading is a mindful, detailed process — you may not finish your piece during the session, but the joy is in the making, and the final result is truly worth it. Before the workshop ends, Imogen will walk you through how to assemble your star.

This workshop is ideal for anyone with an interest in beading, embroidery, or crafting. No prior experience is needed.
