We’re a beautiful craft venue located in the heart of Covent Garden and newly opened our second venue in Highgate (North London) and we’re ready to host this special event for the birthday girl.

 

CRAFTING + CAKE + FRIENDS = a fabulous affair for all

 

Our tried-and-tested craft activities are outlined below, thoughtfully designed so everyone, regardless of experience, can enjoy the process and create something beautiful to remind them of the day.

How it works:

£100 deposit to secure date + time

When you confirm the date and time you will be asked to pay £100 non refundable deposit. 

The deposit secures your slot so it's booked for you. The deposit is deducted from the final invoice.

We don't need final numbers when you book

Numbers need to be confirmed 4 weeks prior to the event (or 2 weeks if your booking is made within a month of the Hen Party).

Remaining balance due 4 weeks before the event

Once you confirm final numbers, a final invoice is sent out to you based on the final number (minus deposit).

Price includes: 

All materials includes needed to make your items.

Unlimited hot beverages (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, plus a range of decaf options too).

Pretty iced topped cupcakes for every guest (our cakes are suitable for vegetarians).

We cater for most food allergies - gluten intolerance, lactose and dairy intolerances too. We can also get some vegan treats in. Just let us know.

You are very welcome to bring your own nibbles and fizz too. We don't charge a corkage fee.

FAQs

Can I book if my group is less than the minimum numbers?

Absolutely you just pay the minumum fee. Our minimum charge for the group is for 10 on Saturdays and 8 on Sundays.

But here's the silver lining: we'll manage the timing so you can craft some bonus items if we can. So for example if you are 8 and paid for 10 people we would still give you enough babygros for 10 people. 

Do we all have to do the same activity?

Yes you do, which works well as you all make a full set of babygros for the mum to be for example - we put out a range of sizes so they are not all the same and can be used throughout the baby's first year.

Can I arrive a little early to put up decorations?

Our tutors are busy bees buzzing between sessions 🤣, so we kindly ask you not to show up more than 5 minutes early. But don’t worry our place is already bursting with colour and decorations, so no need to bring anything extra. 

Can we bring our own fizz and food?

You absolutely can. Just a friendly reminder though: bring disposable flutes and plates. Also, when it comes to snacks, think small and mini. Mini sandwiches, crisps, and sweets scene. Keep it “mini” as there is so much crafty goodies to put on the table already. Unfortunately we do not allow any take out orders to be delivered to the venue.
