Can we pay individually?

Unfortunately, not. We ask for a deposit at the point of booking and one final payment. We send the final invoice 4 weeks before the event for payment to the organiser. 

What are your minimum numbers?

In Highgate our minimum number is 7 people for a private party. 

In Covent Garden our minimum number is 8 people for a private party.

What if my party is less than the stated minimum number?

Totally fine, but just a heads up, we do require payment for the minimum number even if your party is less than this number.

And here's the silver lining: we'll do our best to manage the timing so you can each craft some bonus items if we can. For example; a candle workshop for 8, but with a 6 person party, we'll make sure you make an extra 4 candles that you paid for.

Do we all have to do the same activity?

Yes you do! Everyone picks the same activity to do.

Can I arrive early to hang up some decorations?

We totally get you want to make this super special 💖. However, our tutors are the busiest of bees buzzing between sessions, so we kindly ask you not to show up more than 5 minutes early. But don’t worry our place is already bursting with colour and decorations, so no need to bring anything extra. You can always check out past photos on our Instagram feed here to get an idea of the vibe and atmosphere.

Can I bring my own drinks and nibbles?

You absolutely can! Just a friendly reminder: bring disposable flutes and plates as we don't keep this in stock. Also, when it comes to snacks, think small and mighty please (mini sandwiches, crisps, and sweets scene). Please keep it mini as there is so much crafty goodies to put on the table already we will run out space. 

Can I order take out to the studio?

Unfortunately we do not allow any take out orders to be delivered or consumed at the venue.
