Sequinned Patches – Jazzy New Cardigan
What an AMAZINGLY HOT DAY! Wow, what a change just when I thought summer didn’t really happen. Bit strange to blog about a cardigan but meaning to for ages.
This is just a quick post to show you my new cardigan … got a cheap cardigan and gave it some glam with these sequinned patches. I decided against sewing them onto the cardigan directly because
a) that would cause some problems when washing and
b) I could recycle the patches onto other items of clothing as well as changing where I put them (they also look cool on each shoulder – honestly – trust me!).
So I just glued a saftey pin attached to some felt to the back of each leaf.
And this is the final result! I love it!!
